ARTWORK: Art can be e-mailed to art@ge411.com . Include PO# and company name on subject line. A fax or e-mailed JPEG is mandatory. If this visual verification is not sent, we will not be responsible for uploaded art that is not received correctly. There is no add’l art charge if clean camera ready art is provided. Vector art is preferred. Straight line copy is available in standard typestyles at no charge. Art charge: $30 per half hour ($15 minimum if required). Art charges over $30 will be quoted before production. Art charges under $30 will be invoiced if necessary without prior approval or delay in production. BACKORDERED GOODS/PARTIAL SHIPMENTS : Each shipment is considered a separate order. Please inform Express Line if you would like all product held and printed at the same time to receive best pricing.
CANCELLATIONS: Must be approved by Express Line, and must be confirmed in writing. All costs incurred prior to the time of cancellation will be charged.
CHANGE OF COLOR: $15 per color per location
COMBINED CONTRACT WITH EXPRESS LINE PRODUCT: Can be combined provided product for both can be printed at the same time with the same setup (caps and shirts cannot be combined). Express Line product will be priced at the quantity break of Express Line goods purchased (catalog minimums apply), and contract product added can be combined for best possible price.
COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS: Submission of an order conveys that all necessary laws have been satisfied and Express Line will not be held responsible in any way for possible violations.
CUSTOMER’S OWN GOODS: Prices listed are for standard garments. Custom or special items such as towels and tote bags must be approved prior to submitting an order and will receive special quote. No COD shipments will be accepted. All incoming goods must specify your company name and PO# on the box. Multiple orders may not be combined in a box. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure shipment accuracy, however, the ultimate responsibility is with the customer, and Express Line is not responsible for supplier mis-shipments. The more care you put into specifying supplier, color, sizes, & item description on your order, the more potential mistakes can be minimized. Express Line is not responsible for any merchandise left at our factory for over 90 days. Express Line maintains quality standards; however, we do not assume responsibility for occasional misprints within industry allowances and are not responsible for customer’s goods.
CUSTOM COLORS: All custom colors other than our standard colors will incur a $20 charge. Due to the characteristics of the different printing processes, all PMS numbers are approximate and shades may vary on various color substrates.
DROP SHIPMENTS: No additional charge for first location, $5 ea add’l location.
LARGE QUANTITY PRICING: Call for a special quote.
PACKAGING: Shirts are flat folded by dozens. Polybagging: $.25ea. Rebagging: $.20.
PAPER PROOFS : Provided upon your request at no additional charge.
SPECIAL HANDLING: Orders requiring more processing time will be charged a handling fee, and will receive special quote.
PRODUCTION TIME: Normal time is 10 working days from receipt of order and product. For orders requiring art or proof approval, add 5 working days. For rush orders, call to secure a ship date and additional charges.
SHIPPING: All shipments are F.O.B. factory. Express Line is not responsible for carrier delays. Most normal shipments are UPS ground. Add $15 fee for postal shipments.
