Pricing for 96 & up. For less than 96, add $1.25g ea. Absolute minimum is 48. 
For 2XL and up, refer to shirt web page for pricing.
For mugs additional set up is $37.50g plus $6.25g per master carton for shipping.
For embroidery over 5,000 stitches add $.25g per ea addl 1,000 stitches, plus $15.00g per 1,000 tape charge.
